Meet Megan
Megan Hamilton brings over 15 years of expertise in finance management, consulting, and real estate ventures. She holds a double major in real estate and finance from Florida State University (FSU), equipping her with the analytical and strategic skills essential for success in the industry. In 2017, Megan and her husband, John, a retired USAF Special Operations Pararescueman, made the pivotal decision to relocate from Pensacola, Florida, to Pinehurst, North Carolina. There, Megan obtained her real estate and broker licenses and began her career in both short-term and long-term real estate investments.
In 2019, Megan and John combined their strengths to form a dynamic husband-and-wife team focused on buying and selling real estate. They shifted their efforts toward strategic investments in multifamily units, apartment syndications, and residential properties. In 2021, Megan expanded her business to South Florida, where John’s family roots are deeply established. Specializing in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the region and beyond, Megan now calls South Florida home. Based in Jupiter, Florida, she works as a trusted advisor and expert in real estate investments, covering a range of properties from luxury homes to commercial ventures. Her expert marketing skills and innovative strategies ensure maximum exposure for her clients’ properties, enhancing their visibility in a competitive market. Megan resides in Jupiter with her husband and their two sons, Hayden and Kai.
